Booth Building & Design built our family's home for us last year! You get the full package when building with BBD, a great builder and an awesome designer! We went with Booth Building & Design because we knew we could trust them, and that is the most important thing when you spend so much money on a custom home. They did an incredible job and we are thrilled with our new home! We highly recommend BBD!

My wife has continually told people about our building experience, how Ben Booth was easy to get along with and to work with making the experience truly collaborative and positive. Even when he was busy, things moved forward. His cost structure also put him on our side in the process, helping us find savings that we could not find on our own. Lastly, we have heard more stories than not about people ending of the building process with some frustration, but thankfully that was not the case for us as Ben treated us attentively and like people instead of a mere business deal. That's a great way to do business!

After moving to Northwest Arkansas, my husband and I decided to build a home. We were given Ben Booth's name by a family member and after doing some research and meeting with Ben, we did not look any further. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and competent. Ben, along with his wife, Cassie have helped us every step of the way. I like that they have let us make decisions but not mistakes. Ben has consistently hired the best subcontractors and we have worked well with all of them. While we are a little over budget, it is due to our decisions to change/ upgrade some item. Ben gave us an itemized estimate up front and I am able to see all the invoices so it has been easy for me to keep up with the budget. We started our home in May, 2014 and expect to be finished in Oct, 2014. This will be ~ 30 days ahead of schedule. If I were to start this process all over, I would choose Booth Building and Design again.

We have used the Booth Building team to build two homes now and have had a great experience both times. They are friendly and easy to work with. We could count on Ben or Michael to be on site every day managing the build and seeing to our every request. Cassie was such a valuable resource for us, especially when it came to choosing and pricing out various finishes, fixtures, paint colors, hardware, etc. The home building process can be overwhelming, and the Booths make it seem less so. If we ever build again, we would choose them for a third time no question!

We sold our first house in 2021 that was built by Booth Building and Design in 2017.  The buyer sent an inspector to check out the house and we learned that it was one of the best houses he had “ever inspected“ in Northwest Arkansas.  We are building another in 2022 and once again we have chosen Booth Building for three reasons: Trust, Quality, and Professionalism!
